Completed: OLD MAN’S WAR, by John Scalzi.
Okay, few things to say on this one. It felt like Avatar and Starship Troopers had sexy time together and made a babby – which is not necessarily a bad thing. Every time someone came “on stage” I kept thinking, “I SEE YOU.” Awkward. But that has nothing to do with the book, just what it reminded me of early on. Don’t want to say too much, in case someone reads this and decides to read for themselves… No spoiler read of this is the way to go. I went into it knowing the title. And the author. Yeah.
Highly recommend this book. Of course, since I read it in one sitting in less than a day – after I got in from work!
